5 Best Summer Cool Drinks Fine Cook Recipes

Vegetable juices are also one of the best natural cool drinks and easy to make within 5- 10 minutes. This article deals with three fruit squashes and vegetable juices fine cooking recipes and procedure for making in home.



1. Mango Squash


Cook Recipe
  • Mango squash – 1 cup
  • sugar – 2 cup
  • Lemon yellow color – ½ teen spoon
  • Potassium meta bisulphate – ¼ teen spoon
  • Water – 1 ½ cup

Procedure 
  1. First take a mango fruit and remove skin of mango fruit and cut into small pieces. 
  2. Take an electric mixer and transfer all mango pieces into mixer and mix it well up to 5 minutes.
  3. After mixing, Mango juice is filtered using a sleeve.
  4. Add sugar and water into the filtered juice and mix it well.
  5. Transfer the above mixture into a plastic bowl and put it into a refrigerator for cooling.
  6. After cooling, add lemon yellow color (This step is only need if you don’t get yellow color) into mixture.
  7. Then transfer this mixture into dry bottle.

2. Lemon Squash

Cook Recipe

  • Lemon dropsy – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 2 cup
  • Lemon essence – 1 ½ teen spoon
  • Citric acid – ¼ teen spoon
  • Salt – ¼ teen spoon
  • Potassium meta bisulphate – ¼ teen spoon
Procedure  
  1. Take a washed bowl and pour ¾ cup of water into it. 
  2. Switch on the stove . When water starts to boil, add sugar into it and mix it well.
  3. Allow sugar-water mixture to cool.
  4. Add citric acid, lemon essence and potassium meta bisulphate into sugar-water mixture and mix it well up to 2-3 minutes. 
  5. Add lemon yellow color, lemon dropsy and salt into the above mixture and mix it well up to 5minutes.
  6. Then your Lemon squash is ready for use.

3. Orange Squash

Cook Recipe
  • Orange fruit – 1 cup
  • Orange color – ¼ teen spoon
  • Citric acid – ¼ teen spoon
  • Water – ¾ cup
  • Sugar -  ½ cup
  • Orange essence – ½ teen spoon
  • Salt – ½ teen spoon


Procedure 
  1. Take a bowl and pour some water into it.
  2. Switch on the stove and starts to boiling
  3. Then add sugar into it and mix it well.
  4. When mixture is concentrated, switch off stove and allow mixture to cool.
  5. Add orange essence, orange color, citric acid and salt into it and mix it well
  6. Transfer this mixture into dry bottle. 
  7. Then your orange squash is ready.

4. Cucumber Juice

Cook Recipe
  • Cucumber – 2
  • Lemon Dropsy – ½ lemon piece
  • Sugar – as your requirement
Procedure 
  1. First remove the skin of cucumber and also remove small nuts of cucumber.
  2. Cut cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Take an electric mixer and transfer small pieces of cucumber into it.
  4. Also add sugar and lemon drops into it.
  5. Switch on the electric mixer and continue mixing process up to 2-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer into glass and design your serving glass with lemon piece.
  7. Then serve your cucumber is ready.
5. Pomegranate Juice 

Cook Recipe

  • Pomegranate fruit – 2 No’s
  • mosambi fruit – 2 Nos
  • Sugar – 2 big spoon
  • Water – ½ cup
Procedure
  1. First prepare the pomegranate fruit. Remove the skin of pomegranate fruit and wash it well.
  2. Extract the juice of musmbi into bowl.
  3. Add water and sugar into bowl
  4. Switch on stove and starts to heating until sugar is fully mixed.
  5. Mix the musmbi and pomegranate juice
  6. Transfer into a glass and also add ice cubes.
  7. Your pomegranate juice is ready for serve.
