Recipe
- Mango – ½ Kg
- Citric acid – 1 teen spoon
- Yellow color – 1 drop
- Sugar – ¾ Kg
- Clove – 6 no’s
- Cinnamon – 3 pieces
Procedure for making mango jam
1. Preparation of Mango fruit: First take mango fruit and remove the skin of the mango fruit. Then cut it into small pieces. Take a bowl and pour some water into it and starts to heating. Add mango pieces into it. Cook it up to 5-15 minutes.
2. Preparation of other ingredients: Break the cooked mango pieces and add cinnamon, clove, sugar into it. Also add citric acid and mix it well. If you want yellow color, add the color drops into it and mix it well. Then transfer the mixture into a dry bowl. Your mango jam is ready.
